Cocktails and dreams fund-raiser for Ubuhle
Unplugged Production's managing director Quintin Nagel said they hoped the stylish evening would make a tangible difference to the NPO.
A supreme fund-raising evening that promises cocktails and fabulous entertainment will be held at Simbithi Country Club on November 30.
Buy your ticket to Cocktails and Dreams and improve the facilities at Ubuhle, a non-profit organisation in Shaka’s Head that aims to empower woman through creating jobs.
Entrepreneur Nombvula da Silver started Ubuhle in 2008 using sewing and jewelry design as a way to empower woman by creating jobs.
Unplugged Production’s managing director Quintin Nagel said they hoped the stylish evening would make a tangible difference to the NPO.
“With the funds raised at the event we aim to buy sewing materials and machinery and upgrade the container the ladies operate from,” he said.
Local artist and former performer on The Voice SA, Jessica Martins, will be performing.
Guests will enjoy delicious canapés and welcome drinks as well as an auction.
Tickets are R300 per a person. Contact Quintin at 078 786 4755 or Margie at 082 579 5888.
