Manicures and martinis for cancer

Enjoy a party for a purpose at the PiNC Cocktails for Cancer’s fifth annual ‘Manicures and Martinis’ event next week.

The glittering event is in aid of raising breast cancer awareness, and will include a number of exciting treats on offer for all guests. At only R250 per person, each guest will enjoy free manicures, makeup tips, ‘how to’ sessions and talks by renowned guest speakers on hot topics, followed by a gourmet buffet and cocktails.

The event will take place between 6.30pm and 9pm and will be hosted at the Wine Room at Simbithi Country Club on Wednesday, March 29.

PiNC was established in June 2010 by Lisa Smart-Campos to raise awareness around key issues like cancer, conservation and providing outreach feeding programms to help families in distress.

They run a multitude of programms includings a ‘Bra and Panty Drive’, doing beach cleanups and collecting toys and school stationery for under-privileged children.
