It is time to shuffle the cards and put the thinking caps on for the annual Christmas Fair Fund bridge morning.
The event is being held at Braeside outside Ballito on Wednesday, May 10 from 8.30am and promises all the trappings that Christmas Fair Fund functions have become famous for: tea and coffee on arrival, gourmet treats at tea time, and outstanding prizes for the winners.
One of the organizers Sandy Keil said this year will mark the 65th birthday of the Christmas Fair Fund.
“This is one of the oldest fundraising organisation on the North Coast. To celebrate our milestone, birthday cake and bubbly will be served at the end of the bridge morning.”
To book a table at R130 per player, contact Joan Oliff on 032 5253246 or 083 440 2894 or email joan@oliff.co.za.
All money raised by the bridge day and other functions throughout the year is distributed to worthy local organisations, institutions and individuals.
