Warrant officer wins Lifestyle Superspar vespa competition
The lucky winner said he was simply trying his luck

Talk about the cherry on top of a super Saturday.
Seatides resident, Bheki Ngcobo, won the Ballito Lifestyle Superspar vespa competition yesterday morning and walked away with a vespa worth R100 000.
The competition had been running for nine weeks, with a finalist being chosen each week.
On the final day of the competition, each finalist had to select a key in the hopes that it would start up the vespa.
Ngcobo, who is a warrant officer at the Tongaat police station was ecstatic when he slotted his key into the ignition and the engine started.
The elated winner said that when he recently entered the competition, he was just trying his luck.
“I am short of words to express my happiness.”
“I once owned a motorcycle but I sold it after I fell and got seriously injured,” said Ngcobo.
However, he said he is excited to give it another try on the much safer vespa.
“Congratulations to Bheki, we wish him all the best with his new vespa,” said Paul Rencken of Lifestyle Superspar.
