Ballito Radio Control Club family fun day tomorrow

Watch as members take their model aircraft to the sky

Make your way down to the new airfield tomorrow (Friday June 16 – Youth Day) for a family fun day hosted by the Ballito Radio Control Club from 7am to 11am.

Watch as members take their model aircraft to the sky while you dig into a bacon and egg roll and sip on a warm cup of coffee.

This will be in preparation for their public open day set for the July school holidays.

Directions to the new airfield can be found HERE.

General Flying Times

The airfield is busiest on a Sunday morning between 7am and midday.

Saturday and Wednesday mornings are also popular days starting around 7am.

The airfield is open to all members at any time but it is recommended that you do not fly alone.

All the above is weather dependent.
