Let the quiz begin!

Get together a team of six people and get ready to play every second Wednesday of the month along with a dinner including dessert for R120 per person.

Put on your thinking hat and team up with your brainy friends to enter the second annual Umhlali Quiz League starting on February 21 at Umhlali Country Club’s Mamma G’s.

Quiz master Andreina Nocera said last year’s quiz league was a big hit and this year will be even better.

“Starting a league that runs throughout the year was a stroke of genius. This is a wonderful way for people to get together and have some fun. Everyone really gets involved and we see wonderful team names, some even dress up and everyone looks forward to the monthly quiz night out,” said Nocera.

Get together a team of six people and get ready to play every second Wednesday of the month along with a dinner including dessert for R120 per person.

Dinner starts at 6pm and the quiz will follow at 7pm.

“We will have lucky draws and spot prizes every month. At the end of the year, the team with the highest score will win R10 000, runners up will walk away with R5000 and third place will get R3000.”

The quiz night is not limited to Umhlali Club members so everyone is welcome to join in.
