Beatlemania in town!

Step into a time machine, as the Beatles’ biggest and most treasured hits will be performed live and on replica instruments.

The Beatlemania bug has bitten Durban as the international hit tribute show, Beatlemania On Tour is about to take to the Izulu Theatre stage at Sibaya Casino from March 29 to April 8.

Step into a time machine, as the Beatles’ biggest and most treasured hits will be performed live and on replica instruments to create the sincerest Beatles sound.

The full new cast, state-of-the-art updates to production and lighting as well as striking new Beatles costume replicas make this a top class show.

Cameron Charters, playing Paul McCartney, even taught himself to play bass left-handed for his role.

“There is so much detail to get right for a show of this calibre; aside from getting the music spot-on we are expected to nail the characters, voices, little movements. It is a lot of work but it is worth it when you see the end result and know that real Beatles’ fans will appreciate it,” said Charters.

The show has sold out across the US, Canada, Dubai, Hong Kong and Australia, so make sure to buy your tickets early at Computicket or beatlemaniaontour.com

Tickets are R220 for adults and R150 for children under 12.

Evening shows start at 8pm, while Sunday matinees begin at 3pm.
