Buckets of fun with Peppa Pig!

Sadè Knepscheld and Chantal Dewolf were the lucky winners of the Courier Peppa Pig Facebook competition, which received 236 entries.

Muddy puddles and bucket loads of fun were the order of the day last Friday, as two lucky readers and their families made their way to the Playhouse Theatre in Durban to watch Peppa Pig live on stage.

Sadè Knepscheld and Chantal Dewolf were the lucky winners of the Courier Peppa Pig Facebook competition, which received 236 entries.

Sadè’s little boy, Elijah Pillinger, was in his element as he got to meet his favourite Peppa Pig character, George.

“The best part of the day for us was meeting the Peppa Pig crew after the show. My son’s face was beaming with joy when he got to high five George in person, he was fascinated!

“I cannot say he was too happy to leave them behind on stage afterwards! It was an amazing day out with my son, thank you so much for the tickets!”

Chantal, who writes a blog called Twincess Diaries, featuring her twin daughters Avalon and Harper, said her ‘twincesses’ could not have been more excited.

“The performance itself was amazing. A fully immersive, interactive show that had the kids jumping, clapping and laughing along.

“The show had everyone on their feet at the end, singing and clapping along. I must admit, it was thoroughly enjoyable, and had every child enthralled from start to finish.”
