Monkeying around with Mr Price Home

With the store opening in Umdloti at the end of last month, three vouchers were up for grabs on the Courier's Facebook page, and all our followers had to do was come up with a funny caption.

The North Coast Courier, through its Facebook page last week, set about creating a bit of laughter with a photo of a vervet monkey, with prizes sponsored by the new Mr Price Home at Marine Walk in Umdloti.

While winners were chosen randomly, we were more than pleased with their captions for the photograph.

The winners:
Riekie Brand: When somebody asks me where I see myself in 5 years… buddy, I’m just trying to make it with my nuts to Friday!
Johnny Baz Dalton: This loadshedding and traffic in Ballito is driving me nuts! Can’t even get over a road to my tree.
Georgie Stewart – Lawns: Checking out that table for something tastier than this miserable peanut.

Taking a glance at the rest of the captions, there were some that stood out from the rest, too:

Selona Govender: I don’t always look this good but when I do the ladies go nuts.
Ronel Govender: Just one nut ? That is enough monkey business. I will see you inside your house to collect the rest.
Shanti Ramdas: This nut, it has my name written on it.
Ntebogeng Phenane Rachidi: Eskom is a hard nut to crack.
Jabulani Waterson Zungu: After realizing you don’t have a funeral policy but you have a Netflix account.
