Catch Jack and The Beanstalk at the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre
A magical and hilarious pantomime, Jack and The Beanstalk will feature some of Durban's best loved actors on a magical romp of the famous fairy tale.
Kickstart Productions has announced its return to the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre with a family pantomime, Jack and The Beanstalk.
The production will from December 8 to January 15, and the cast includes William Young (Jack), Blessing Xaba (Dame Flora Flatbroke), Roshanda Lewis (Princess Jillian) and Liesl Copping (Lady Perfidia Beastly).
The magical and hilarious pantomime is written and directed by Steven Stead and designed by Greg King, with lighting design by Tina le Roux.
“We invite everyone to join some of Durban’s best loved actors on this magical romp of the famous fairy tale beanstalk and beyond – an adventure with toe-tapping songs, jokes, slapstick, romance, fantastic sets and fantasy costumes,” said Stead and King who run the highly-acclaimed KickstArt theatre company.
Tickets range from R130 to R250, with early bookings at Computicket offering a 10% early bird discount.
