Seaton Sports Precinct launch marks important step for growing estate

The 215-hectare estate is now entering its final development stage.

More than 100 residents and invited guests attended the recent launch of a key milestone in the Collins Residential development at the Seaton Sports Precinct.

The unveiling of the pool pavilion and clubhouse – overlooking a cricket oval and practice nets with views of the Indian Ocean – marked the completion of Phase 1 of the three-phase project.

The 215-hectare estate is now entering its final development stage. Once complete, Seaton will feature 595 single residential stands and 885 units across 28 Planned Urban Development opportunities, bringing the total to 1 480 stands. Only 75 stands remain available.

Construction of Phase 2 of the sports precinct is already underway after breaking ground on May 11. This phase will include a restaurant, tennis, basketball and padel courts, as well as a five-a-side soccer pitch.

Phase 3 will add further lifestyle facilities, including a gym, squash courts, leisure and lap pools, a children’s pool, playgrounds and an adventure zone.

Residents of neighbouring Zululami Luxury Coastal Estate will also benefit through reciprocal access to facilities.
