Glenashley Junior and Pre-Primary School
Glenashley Junior and Pre-Primary School specializes in the all-important Foundation Phase of Education.
We are a well-established school, which boasts 56 years of excellent, quality education. Our specially designed facilities are ideal for the Early Learning Phase where the developing learner enjoys state of the art, equipped classrooms and play areas which encourage optimal learning experiences.
Children from the age of 4 years (Grade 000) to Grade 3 pupils are afforded the opportunity to learn in a warm, loving and safe environment where the needs of each individual learner are catered for by qualified, experienced and professional Foundation Phase Educators. Assistants are employed to assist both in the classrooms as well as at playtime. We employ two full time coaches, who mentor our learners and ensure we can compete in sporting tournaments. Our aftercare is open until 5:00 p.m.
It is our goal to actualise the potential of every learner entrusted to our care by encouraging the intellectual, emotional and physical growth, and provide opportunities to develop self-esteem and confidence.
