Flames gut upmarket house’s entertainment area

THE upmarket suburb of La Lucia was ablaze last night when a portion of a posh house caught fire.

Spans of residents in Addison Drive and surrounding roads congregated at the scene at about 9pm where firefighters were working tirelessly to douse the flames that gutted the house’s entertainment area.

It is not clear what caused the blaze as yet, but police were on scene and will invetigate. It is believed no one was injured during the fire.
