The Durban Magistrate’s Court is packed this morning for the formal bail application of Devon Govender who stands accused of shooting his 32-year-old girlfriend, Rosemary Bell in the stomach. The Metro cop is being represented by top attorney Sunil Singh. Speaking to the Northglen News, Singh said that his client was ‘doing fine.’
