A PEDESTRIAN was knocked down and killed in an accident on Umgeni Road early this morning.
According to Kyle van Reenen of Crisis Medical paramedics arrived on the scene to find the man lying in the roadway.

The man had reportedly suffered a fatal head injury.

“Sadly there was nothing that could be done to save him and he was declared dead on arrival,” he said.
