Get ready to be ‘Over Exposed’

In a unique theatre experience, guests will be taken on a 360 degree multi-media journey of discovery.

ART, theatre, dance and music will collide in the heart of Durban when Over Exposed takes centre stage at the Rivertown Shed from January 26 to 28. Expect the unexpected as presenter David Gouldie and a cast of Durban’s hottest and most daring performers and DJs take you on a sensory journey, taking a dash of inspiration from Springbok Radio’s iconic Squad Cars.

The nostalgia culminates after the gala performance on Saturday, 28 January when the venue transforms into a massive warehouse party featuring some of the country most exciting acts. Headlined by Crazy White Boy, Sound Language and Veranda Panda, the line-up will also include 330 legend Martin McHale and DJs Funky B, Craig Rude, Cathy Machale, Madlove, DJ Rooinek and Coco Loco.

“The venue at 130 Stalwart Simelane (Stanger) Street will be transformed into a mad and breathtaking world of sensory stimulation overload,” said Gouldie. “For three days only, around 60 of Durban’s hottest artists will come out to play, so plug in your chargers and get your lipstick ready.
“I live, love and breathe Durban and this is a celebration of its creative community – everyone is lending a hand to make this happen.”

Tickets for Over Exposed on January 26 and 27 at 7 for 7.30pm are R150. Tickets for the gala show and after party on January 28 are R250.
