WATCH: Local comedian remixes ‘Despacito’ SA style

This remix of this Summer's biggest hit is sure to make you laugh.

MANY songs are competing for the Summer hit of the year and ‘Despacito’ is certainly one of them. However, a South African comedian has provided a remix to the Summer hit. Donovan Goliath’s version of the song has now gone viral amassing more than 205 000 views in 22 hours.

The KwaZulu-Natal born comedian said he was inspired to do a remix of the song with some South African flavour.

“I have a few characters in my act and one of them is a KZN coloured bra, he doesn’t have a name yet. And people don’t know the lyrics to this song and are always inventing them so I thought why not remix the song. I’ve been blown away by the response so far. People especially love the line about the Doritos and Fritos,” he said.
