WATCH: Hyena bites Kruger visitor’s car mirror

A VIDEO of a hyena biting a Kruger National Park visitor’s side mirror has got the Internet talking. The video was recently uploaded to the Kruger YouTube account and has already been viewed more than 2 500 times.

“The encounter happened on one of the main roads near the Paul Kruger gate during a morning game drive on 24 July 2017. Cars were stopped as the family was in the middle of the road. After watching them for a bit, the adult moved towards one of the parked cars to inspect the side mirror.

“Our guide hit the side of his car with his hand to distract to the hyena before it caused any damage. It walked away and the family group moved to the side of the road,” said the video taker.
