According to head of the eThekwini Municipal Academy (EMA), Dr Mpilo Ngubane, the City remains committed to empowering the youth through vocational guidance, skills programmes, bursaries, and student debt relief.

EMA is often considered as a go-to place for students and the unemployed by offering suitable candidates skills training programmes, bursaries, job shadowing, in-service training, and internships,” he said.
