VIDEO: Sharks and Dolphins promise ‘Fin’tastic action

The Hollywoodbets Sharks will take on the Hollywoodbets Dolphins in a T20 game at Kingsmead.

PROVINCIAL pride is on the line as two of the province’s biggest teams, the Hollywoodbets Dolphins and the Hollywoodbets Sharks, face off in a game of T20 cricket.

The Fin Cup, announced last week at the Hollywoodbets Kings Park, will take place on Saturday, August 17.
The event will bring the teams together in an action-packed T20 cricket showdown at Hollywoodbets Kingsmead Stadium.

It’s a unique sporting spectacle, explained Devin Heffer, brand and communications manager at Hollywoodbets.

“We believe in the power of sport to bring people together, to uplift communities and to inspire the next generation of champions. The Fin Cup is more than just a fun day out, it’s a celebration of unity, passion and pride in our province,” he said.

His comments were echoed by Sharks CEO, Shaun Bryans.

“The Fin Cup is more than just a cricket match. It’s a celebration of provincial pride, of partnership, and the incredible sporting culture that defines KZN. Our hashtag for this match is #DurbanUnite and that’s exactly what this match will be about.”

The game day will feature exciting entertainment for fans of all ages, including mini cricket matches for Sharks Pups and Dolphins Kids, celebrity appearances and meet-and-greet moments with legendary Sharks and Dolphins players.
