Riverside Sports to host five-match international series

The South Africa men’s hockey team will play Malaysia in a five-match Test series in Durban North.

THE South African men’s hockey team will play a five-match international Test series at Riverside Sports at the beginning of July.

From Monday, July 6 to Sunday, July 12 the team will take on the Malaysian Men’s National Hockey Team.

The South Africa men recently finished as runners-up at the FIH Nations Cup in Cape Town, while Malaysia secured fifth place after defeating Scotland in their final playoff match.

South Africa will be captained by Dayaan Cassiem while Malaysia will be captained by Marhan Jalil.

Entrance to the games is free but there is a charge for parking (R10 per vehicle).

The club is situated on 12 Radar Drive, Durban North.
