This person states that the majority has demonstrated against ‘imbalances’ by wanton acts of destruction. However, absolutely nothing has been done by the ruling party to remedy their grievances.
In contrast we constantly read of the minority complaining about the most mundane of issues such as ‘whites ‘ who are allegedly ‘denied employment due to their colour’.
In fact, I want to extend a personal invitation to Layzell, Zuma, Zille to go spend a week in a township to learn the true meaning of disadvantaged!
Layzell states that taxpayers’ money is used to support the majority. These people who are been supported, are in fact the ones who were the worst affected by the apartheid system, which enriched the minority.
All over the world tax money is utilised to support the poor. In any event, it is preferable to use tax money to help the poor rather than effect improvements at Nkandla! By the way, Roger, blacks also pay taxes!
Layzell claims that some farms have been appropriated, however, he fails to mention the R1-billion paid to a family by the state in return for land they occupy at Mala Mala.
At no stage in my previous letter did I write in support of the ANC. In fact I categorically asserted that the majority should rally behind the Economic Freedom Fighters in order that all wealth and property and land be redistributed.
As for Layzell’s other assertions, one must distinguish between fact and opinion. I once again reiterate that there must be a redistribution of all wealth!
