I WOULD like to respond to the letter from Candice King about the monkeys. I recently experienced a monkey acting aggressively. I took the warning from the monkey seriously, backed off and on further investigation found there were babies in the tree above us. As I am sure you know the monkeys value and protect their young, perhaps this could explain some of the other strange behaviour from the monkeys in the incidences mentioned in Candice King’s letter.
