Cat Stevens is coming to Durban

As part of The Peace Train Tour the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee is set to perform at three cities in the country.

Baby, baby its a Wild World…

It’s wild because British singer-songwriting legend, Yusuf Islam, more commonly known by his stage name, Cat Stevens, is coming to South Africa for the very first time.

As part of The Peace Train Tour the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee is set to perform at three city’s in the country.

The three-city concert tour commences on Thursday, 9 November at GrandWest, Cape Town and then moves to the brand-new Sun Arena at Time Square, Menlyn Maine, on Sunday, 12 November and finishes on Wednesday, 15 November at Durban’s ICC Arena.

To get a taste of for the exciting world tour, watch as Yusuf performs his famous song, Wild World.

Fans can expect to hear him perform this favorite track as well as Moonshadow, Father and Son and Peace Train and the much-loved Morning Has Broken during the 2017 tour.

The world tour commemorates the 50th Anniversary of his first major hit single and debut album Matthew & Son released in 1967.

Tickets go on sale at Computicket this Thursday, 27 July at 9am.
