Westdene Dam to receive some tender loving care.

The Westdene Resident’s Association (WRA) and the Westdene Community Patrol have organised a monthly clean-up of the Westdene Dam in an effort to rejuvenate and beautify the dam and surrounding park area.

The scheduled dates for the clean-up exercises are 24 January, 21 February and 28 March

Clean-ups will start at 9am. Refuse bags, gloves, and cold drinks will be supplied by the respective associations involved. The WRA chairperson Leon Williams said, “Everyone is very welcome to please assist in this fun exercise, even if it is only for an hour or two.”
