The Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg, in Auckland Park announced their prefects for 2016. According to the school’s marketing and public relations manager, Savo Ceprnich, the head boy and girl will be announced on 4 December.
The announcement was made in October during a special assembly, honouring the school’s 125th anniversary. “These prefects were chosen by a combination of votes – 60 per cent teacher vote and 40 per cent pupil vote,” said Ceprnich.
