A year where innovation, creativity, and curiosity guide their learning. A year where every child feels seen, valued, and supported as they grow into the best versions of themselves.
“As a school, we remain committed to strengthening our sense of community and deepening our impact.”
In 2026, they aim to:
• Enhance collaboration across all phases to ensure continuity, connection, and shared values,
• Strengthen their culture of inclusivity, kindness, and respect,
• Offer expanded opportunities in academics, sport, culture, and leadership so that every learner finds a place to shine,
• Build stronger partnerships with parents, recognising that their work is most powerful when relationships are strong, and
• Continue improving communication, engagement, and the overall school experience for every family.
The headmaster explained that, at the heart of their goals is one priority: Their learners, as everything they do in 2026 will be guided by their wellbeing, their growth, and their potential.
On a personal level, she enters this year with clear intentions to be more present, be it in classrooms or on the sidelines, as well as in everyday moments that matter to learners. She hopes to listen more and create a school environment where excellence and empathy walk hand in hand.

To the Grade 1s of 2026:
May your year be filled with wonder – discovering new letters, new numbers, and new friends, may you feel safe, excited, and proud as you take your first big steps into big school, and may school become a place where your confidence grows and where your love for learning truly begins.
To the matric Class of 2026:
May this year be one of purpose, celebration, and meaningful memories. Brinkley hopes they leave Reddford House having felt supported, challenged, and truly known. All this as they walk away with resilience, integrity, lifelong friendships, and the belief that they are capable of achieving greatness.
Most importantly, that they leave knowing they were valued at Reddford House, not only for their achievements, but for who they are.
“As we step into 2026, I am inspired by all that lies ahead. Together, with commitment, care, and community at our core, I know this will be a year of growth, connection, and shared success.
Wishing you all a joyful, prosperous, and hope-filled New Year.”
