Blankets, baskets and big smiles at Auckland Park Preparatory School’s picnic day
There was no shortage of smiles as the picnic day welcomed families packed with games, good food and community cheer.
Auckland Park Preparatory School was transformed into a sea of picnic blankets, laughter and family fun as learners, parents and staff gathered for the school’s annual Picnic Day on July 12.

The day offered families the opportunity to slow down, enjoy quality time together and celebrate the strong sense of community that defines the school.
Children spent the day running between games, the playground and their friends, while parents took the opportunity to catch up and enjoy good tunes throughout the day.

The atmosphere was relaxed, with laughter carrying across the school grounds as families made the most of the occasion.

Picnic baskets were unpacked across the grounds as children took part in games and outdoor activities while parents relaxed and caught up with one another and vibed to good tunes throughout the day.
