Victory in the Airfryer challenge was my sweetest yet! After the disaster I had in the kitchen last week, to be able to pick myself up and get the victory was something really special for me!

Had fun in the kitchen and cooked from the heart. Also great that this was my birthday weekend, so this was the perfect birthday present!

Onwards and forwards! We in the top 5 baby!!!!!!!”

Keep inspiring and making your hometown proud, Chef Simele!
