IFP supporters have gathered outside the Estcourt Court, where an IFP Councillor and the Endumeni Mayor will appear.
The Mayor, Richard Mbatha and his two co-accused will appear for their bail hearing.

The Mayor and two other men, including an Estcourt Councillor, are to appear on a charge of plotting to kill Endumeni Speaker, Bongiwe Mbatha-Makathini.
The other two accused are a fellow IFP Councillor in Estcourt, Mthembeni Majola and the alleged hitman Xolani ‘Shorty’ Makhathini.
