RUGBY: Castle Murray Cup is finally here!

The knock-out round of the 2015 Castle Murray Cup is finally here!

The Boschpick Highlanders will compete at Newcastle Rugby Club on Saturday, in what is likely to be gruelling showdown against the University of KwaZulu-Natal Impi.

The following teams will compete in their respective divisions:

First Division: Jaguars, South Coast Warriors, Richards Bay, Hillcrest, Westville Old Boys, Highlanders, Vryheid and Piet Retief.

Premier Division: Durban Collegians, College Rovers, UKZN Impi, Amanzimtoti, Crusaders, Varsity College, Zululand Rhinos and Pietermartizburg Collegians.

The qualifying round of the cup is scheduled to take place on August 1. The knockout matches will be played on the home turf of all first division teams.

The fixtures are as follows:

-Westville Old Boys vs Zululand Rhinos: 2.30pm.

– Piet Retief vs College Rovers: 2.30pm.

– Hillcrest vs Crusders: 2.30pm.

– Jaguars vs PMB Collegians: 2.30pm.

– South Coast Warriors vs Varsity College: 2.30pm.

– Richards Bay vs Amanzimtoti: 2.30pm.

– Highlanders vs UKZN Impi: 2.30pm.

– Vryheid vs Durban Collegians: 2.30pm

The quarter finals will take place on August 14, with the semi-finals scheduled for August 21. Two teams will battle it out for the top spot in the finals on August 29.
