A Valentine’s Day treat at craft market
Moms, dads oupas, oumas and even the little ones flooded through the church gates in search of the ideal hand-crafted gift for their loved ones

“The most beautiful things in the world can’t be seen or even touched, they must be felt with the heart”, I beg to disagree. On Saturday, February 7 the Fundraising 2015 team hosted a pre Valentine’s Day Craft Market at the Methodist Church. In the atmosphere of love with a warm sunny day to accompany it, the day was enjoyed by all.
One was guaranteed to leave with a unique and special gift, which will be cherished by the receiver. The market was not all about love and fundraising but also showcased the very best in locally designed décor, gifts and jewellery – and supporting local creatives. “We would like to thank the community for their support at our first Fundraising Craft Market for the year. It was lovely having crafters come from, Durban, Mooi River, Colenso, Ladysmith and Newcastle, your presence is appreciated,” said the Fundraising 2015 team.
