There is a new player in the plumbing game.

At a lavish function last Thursday evening (March 19), the newest branch of the Plumblink brand opened its doors on Harding Street.

In the midst of an extensive range of products, guests enjoyed a sumptuous spread courtesy of Posh Nosh, including mini pies, boboties and finger snacks.

Welcoming all, KwaZulu-Natal regional manager of Plumblink, Peter Wilson explained the Newcastle branch was the 57th store to open its doors in South Africa, and one of 10 in the province.

“This shows we have country-wide support – I am proud of our service.” Mr Wilson said the strategy of Plumblink is not only to open stores, but to make full use of a wide stock range and an integrated system to ensure clients get what they are looking for. Calling himself a man passionate for the plumbing business, Mr Wilson thanked suppliers, guests, caterers and store staff for putting on an amazing event.

At the end of a lucky draw competition, Roman Bauer walked away the winner of a CampMaster Roadster 310 trailer.
