Newcastle High School matriculants celebrated their matric farewell at the Black Rock Casino on Friday night in true Vegas style

Pierre Duval was a fishing manager while fellow Dundee anglers, Corne Barnard and Vishal Dookhi, went as fishermen: Back row from left. Runners-up: Katie Begg, Graham Peddie (Squash Club), Kevin Donaldson, Gideon Mpunga (Buffalo Coal), Sunil Bhartu and Hanno van der Berg.

Squash League Winners: Gavin Tuting, Ash Maghoo, Nozipho Mlotshwa. Absent: Greg Tarborton. They were congratulated by Graham Peddie (Squash Club) and Gideon Mpunga (Buffalo Coal).

The team defended its total to the best of its ability.
