Bowlers take to the greens in fun Electrical Centre League

The Dundee Bowling Club was well represented at the Northerns KZNCB Mixed Pairs played in Dundee. Twenty-eight teams competed, and Nan and Lourens were beaten by Sid Price and Noela Dreyer in the final with top class bowls being played

. Well done to Greg and Dora for winning their section. A special thanks to all the ladies that brought food, snacks and helped at the event.

Business League

Once again a great evening was had by all at the Electrical Centre Business League. Scores were tallied after five ends in the second game as rain stopped play.
Braytons have taken the lead followed closely by Klus Civils, followed by Electrical Centre and The Sharks. Voting for the best-dressed bowls team will soon start in earnest – so be ready.
Members, players and friends are reminded Thursday nights is braai night at Dundee Bowling Club!
Sincere condolences go out to our past President John Davison and his family on the passing away of his soul mate, Paddy.
Every Friday Sunset bowls starting from 3:30pm onwards, all business league and new players are welcome.
