Estcourt blood donors ensure that the target is met

Blood buddies eagerly rolled up their sleeves to help the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) save lives last Thursday.

73 locals attended the blood donor clinic at the Estcourt Town Hall that was held between 11am and 6pm.

Hlelo and her mum Buhle Khumalo showed their support at the SANBS Blood Donor Clinic.

63 of them donated a lifesaving unit of blood and two were welcomed as first-time donors.

Vika Nelson Dlamini clutching onto a lifestyle questionnaire ahead of making his fifth blood donation.

“The target was set at 58 and we have achieved that with your help. We wish to thank you all for your excellent support, ” shared Mr Dawoonarain cheerfully.

Sikhumbuzo Dlamini donates his eighth pint of blood to SANBS.
