GALLERY: Kind gesture brings joy to children

70 children benefitted from the donation of hygiene packs

Heart-warming smiles spread across the faces of the children from the Ithembalethu Outreach Project (IOP) last week.

The children appreciated the gifts.

Armed with toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, balloons and colouring-in sheets, Spar partnered with Wimpy and set out to the Catholic Church in Wembezi last Wednesday.

Up to 70 orphaned and vulnerable children from the IOP and their friends tried containing their excitement while getting seated.
