Top golfers battle for NKZN Golf Open honours in Dundee

The trophy has been contested since 1929 with Tim Clarke one of the past winners.

Top golfers have teed off at the Dundee Country Club this morning, competing for the prestigious Northern KZN Golf Open title. The tournament, sponsored by Farmers Agri-Care, is being played over 36 holes in cool and cloudy conditions.

Golfers from around KwaZulu-Natal and other provinces are part of the field of 79, including James Mott, Ryan Welsh, Nicholas Adams and former Dundee golfer, Jurie Engelbrecht.

The trophy has been contested since 1929 with SA professional golfer, Tim Clarke one of the past winners. Enthusiasts are invited to visit the golf club to catch some of the top-class action.
