Old age home creates a buzz at Country Club

It was a fun-filled day, full of hype and activities for all ages

Juana Maria Old Age Home held their annual golf day last Saturday (July 30) as one of their main fund-raising events.

To make it special, the committee came up with a concept to thank their sponsors by giving them an opportunity to set up stalls. Hype was created by encouraging the tee sponsors to set up the holes however they wanted, and the best hole would win on the day.

The day was full of fun activities, a jumping castle for the little ones, as well as pancakes and other goodies for the hungry. Bowls was also played on the day.

The committee thanked everyone who made the day a success, especially Max Pillay and Ian Marx from the Country Club for allowing all the weekend activities to take place.
