Vryheid Athletics Club runners are ready for the Comrades

A special dinner was held for members of the Vryheid Athletics Club who will be taking part in this year’s Comrades Marathon.

Having trained hard and shown great improvement in their running, 21 members of the local club will be giving the annual 89km a shot.
