Kilian sheds light on the constitution

AFTER a fair amount of deliberation and internal debating at Vryheid Neighbourhood Watch regarding amendments to their constitution, there is finally a light at the end of what once seemed like an endless tunnel.

That light is Abrie Kilian.

At a meeting at the Neighbourhood Watch Headquarters last week, Abrie addressed members of the Watch who attended, firstly commending the organisation on the exceptional work they have done so far, are doing at present and will continue to do in the future.

Kilian, who is a well respected member of the community, brought with him a sincere and enlightened perspective with regard to the constitution and its proposed amendments, encouraging the committee to look at the bigger picture when drafting a resolution to get the constitution into motion.

In light of the significant addition of Kilian’s expertise in matters such as this, it was decided that Abrie Kilian would assist the organisation with the ‘fine tuning’ of the constitution.

“Consider it my contribution as a member of the Vryheid community to a worthy and necessary organisation,” he remarked.
