Post Office parking area toilets,still a problem

A complaint was received with regards to the condition of the Post Office parking area’s toilets. According to a resident who said that he had stopped to use the toilets on Thursday last week, he found the state of the toilets disgusting and very poor where hygiene is concerned.

Upon inspection, it discovered by the Vryheid Herald that the men’s toilet at the Post Office parking area was flooded by water that seemed to be coming from the urinal and one of the toilets also seemed to be blocked as there was water spewing out of it, onto the already flooded floor.

It seems that this is the cause for the issue of the blocked drain just behind the toilets on Market Street which was reported by the Vryheid Herald late last year.
