Jukskei juniors impress at Nationals

Over 400 junior players from all over RSA as well as Namibia participated in the SA National Jukskei Championships competition, which was won by Northern Gauteng.

The following junior jukskei players from the Umzinyathi District area, together with players from the rest of KZN, travelled to Kroonstad on Sunday, December 1 to participate in the South African Junior National Jukskei Championships from Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 7, 2013.
U/19 boys: Mandla Mavimbela (SCHS), Siphesihle Manyathi (SCHS), Spamandla Dlamini (Ethangeni H/S) and Sibusiso Ndlovu (Thalana H/S) (Captain).
U/16 boys: Thando Mncube (SCHS), Alfred Mthethwa (SCHS), and Sko Dlamini (SCHS) (Captain).
U/13 girls: Sne Khumalo (DJS), Snegugu Zwane (DJS) and Sne Memela (DJS) (Captain).
Leon Lombard was appointed as coach to accompany the teams.

KZNJF U/19 girls did the best of the KZNJF teams by finishing fourth.
The tournament was enjoyed by all, and everyone would like to thank the supporters for their messages of encouragement and financial support.
