T20 action resumed this past week, with one action-packed match taking place on Sunday. In the first game Mascor took on Endumeni Development. Endumeni Development batted first and made an impressive 165/8 in their 20 overs. Nishen top-scored with 60, and Zeze also was in excellent form with the bat, making 56. Shaun was the best bowler for Mascor, taking 3/17, and Mohammed took 2/26. A thrilling chase ensued as Mascor chased down the total with one ball to spare and two wickets in hand. Thanks to an excellent knock of 57 from Vernen and 25 from Ali, Mascor made 168/8. Peter took 2/28 and Dean took 1/14 for Endumeni Development. In the Saturday 30-Over League, Farmers and Molls faced off in another mouth-watering encounter. Farmers batted first and made 155 all out, thanks to 45 from Woesie Bruyns and 33 from Conrad. Isak Muller took 3/22. Molls then took to the crease, and despite 34 from Sakkie and 21 from Corné Coetzee they could not reach the total. Steven Joubert took 4/21 and Jannie Potgieter took 2/27 as Farmers restricted Molls to 145 all out.
