Well done to Glencoe Primary’s star learners, who qualified for the next round of the Astro Quiz. Schools needed to achieve at least 15 marks to advance, and these learners got much more! This quiz is promoted by the South African Agency for Science and Technology Advancement, and is driven by the district’s Natural Science Department through Mr P Ndaba.

The second round will be held in Dundee on May 23, and the school wishes the learners all the best. If they qualify again then they will be travelling to the Unizil Science Centre in Richards Bay.
