Ithembalethu Outreach Project does it again
A pair of new school shoes and school uniform was handed over to 25 orphaned and vulnerable children
All the little faces glowed with utter joy during door-to-door visits by the caregivers of the Ithembalethu Outreach Project in and around Estcourt. A need for school attire was identified and it did not just end there. The caregivers with assistance from the Department of Social Development went out and got the needed school supplies. A pair of new school shoes and school uniform was handed over to 25 orphaned and vulnerable children on Friday October 10, by their caregivers. During the door-to-door visits caregivers worked closely with the children’s guardians to make the initiative possible.
