VIDEO: Nanny mercilessly beats young child

A shocking video of a nanny beating a young girl viciously surfaced on Facebook recently, and caused a united uproar around the country.
In the video, the nanny was seen slapping the little girl three times while feeding her.
The child then vomitted, after which the nanny threw her to the ground before beating her with what appeared to be a torch. The nanny proceeded to stand on the child and kick her a few times. She then manhandled the girl out of the room.
It is believed the video was captured by a hidden camera in a home in Uganda.
Police have since apprehended the woman who will appear in court on December 18. Several reports also surfaced claiming the child had subsequently died. However, it is believed the little girl is recovering.
