Where’s the Department?

THANKS for sharing the story of the men who seem to be nameless who roam our streets on a daily basis.

I was shocked by the statement by the guy who used to hold a very decisive position in the municipality. He once took a human being and dumped him far away. He was surprised when the man showed up in town again. How inhumane.

He never bothered to know his name. He never thought of giving these people shelter by way of RDP houses built by the government that cares. I am sure someone somewhere is embezzling their disability grant.

Where is Department of Social Development in all this?

I rest my case.
