Tim Green murder accused appear in High Court

The two men who stand accused of murdering Tim Green during an attack on his farm in August last year have appeared in the Pietermaritzburg High Court.

Both accused were implicated by a state witness but have pleaded not guilty to the charges of murder and robbery.

The witness told the court that two days before the incident one of the accused had told him he wished to kill Mr Green and sell his vehicle to a Ladysmith taxi driver.

Judge Jerome Mnguni is presiding over the case, which has been set down for two weeks.
