On Saturday, December 6 at the Vintage Christmas Fair, held at the Methodist Church grounds, the Lions Club of Estcourt had a successful free Diabetes Testing Clinic. Sister Jenny Wreford, of Jenesis Clinic tested 47 people of which 12 had readings of higher than normal sugar levels in their bloodstream. The club would like to take this opportunity to firstly thank Jenny Wreford for always so willingly assisting with the diabetes drive, and secondly to all those people who braved the needle to support the drive.

The Lions would also like to take this opportunity to wish the community a blessed Christmas and may 2015 be an ‘awesome’ year. As Christmas is all about giving, give FREELY of your time, patience, kindness, understanding, happiness, joy and most importantly of your love.
